Try this southwest version of a very popular dip!
You Will Need:
2 12oz jars artichoke hearts (in water)
2 Cups Mayonnaise (try low-fat)
1 6oz can dices green chili peppers
3/4-1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients in oven-safe dish.
Bake 15 min.
Serve hot with corn or tortilla chips.
