June is lemon and mango month. Now that the weather is heating up, try this healthy, refreshing dessert.
You Will Need:
3 Cups chopped peeled mangoes or fresh peaches
1/2 Cup cold water
1 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine mangoes and water in a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Blend until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute.
Freeze in an ice cream container according to manufacturer’s directions.
Transfer to a freezer container.
Cover and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
