Simple Turkey Glaze

You Will Need:
1 C triple sec
1 C orange juice
1 qt Maine Maple Syrup

Instructions:
Baste turkey with glaze every 15 minutes.

Red Wine and Syrup Ice Cream Glaze

1 Qt Maine Maple SyrupHere’s another tasty use for Maine Syrup. Try it with both maple and blueberry!

Red Wine and Syrup Ice Cream Glaze
You Will Need:

1 lb frozen berries
1/2 C red wine
2 Tbs orange juice
1/2 C Maine syrup
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tbs cold water

Instructions:
Mix berries, wine, orange juice, and syrup in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Simmer 15 min or until berries are thawed and mixture is bubbly.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to syrup mixture.
Boil 2-3 min, then cool for 10 min.
Pour over ice cream.

Maple-Rosemary Sauce

1 Qt Maine Maple SyrupSyrup. It’s not just for pancakes anymore. Try this with your Maine Maple Syrup. Great as a vegetarian sauce over grilled or roasted vegetables or over grilled chicken.

Maple-Rosemary Sauce

You Will Need
2 tsp shallots
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbs fresh rosemary or 1/2 Tbs dried rosemary
1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes
1/2 C red wine
1/2 C Maine Maple Syrup
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat butter and oil in saucepan over medium heat.
Add shallots, garlic, rosemary, and chili flakes.
Saute until shallots turn translucent.
Whisk in wine and syrup until blended.
Sale and pepper to taste.
Allow to cool.

Or, you can always drizzle it over pancakes.
