Sheep & Pumpkins Cart Hooked Wool Pillow

◊ A festive table runner featuring crows and uniquely white pumpkins adds to your harvest centerpieces and tablescapes all season long.

◊ New from Billy Jacobs, the Harvest Moon Print is an illuminating country home accent that brings the charm of fall to your home. The lifelike scene will wow guests and complement your seasonal wall art.

◊ One of our newest wreaths brings pieces of nature and autumn to a front door or blank wall, featuring pinecones intermingled with gourds, pumpkins and faux leaves. Use multiple for an exaggerated look, or add burlap ribbon to increase the textural appeal.

◊ Artist Karen Cruden has done it again with this hooked wool pillow, placing a sheep and pumpkins among rolling green hills, bordered by country check that will look wonderful among other fall home accents.

◊ Finally, this country doormat designed by Dianna Swartz brings the vivacity of an orange pumpkin together with the primitive charm of a black crow to offer a warm welcome during your harvest gatherings this year.

Weekly Spotlight: In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb

Wednesday, March 30th, 2016

Square Sheep Hooked Wool PillowJust two more days left to March! Here in Maine, the phrase “March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb” is predicted to hold true; although April is forecasted to come in like an icy snowman. To show how excited we are for gentle, lamb-like weather at least through tomorrow, this week’s spotlight is on hooked wool pillows that feature lambs and sheep.

First are two designs by artist Karen Cruden, on two of our newest hooked wool pillows. The first is a square sheep that almost fills the pillow with country charm, but is complemented by a springtime orchard and two brown birds. We get an up close look at bluebells and a spring chick in the second Karen Cruden design, in which variegated wool gives this sheep’s wool textural appeal next to a white picket fence. Both pillows offer fresh color and springtime vibrancy that will display well among your country home furnishings.

Sheep & Yellow Chick Hooked Wool PillowWillow & Sheep Hooked Wool PillowOur next featured hooked wool pillow is part of the Willow & Sheep Hooked Collection. A thriving hooked willow tree takes center stage on this home accent, under which stand two white sheep enjoying the grassy green pasture. Orange, purple and red hooked flowers border the scene, offering bright color against the darker tones for a pillow you can display all year.

Next we have two pillows featuring farmhouse friends. The first is another new hooked wool pillow from our Spring 2016 catalog and a Dianna Swartz design. A periwinkle blue background makes the lamb and his cow and pig companions stand out not just on the pillow but on your country chairs and home furnishings. Their kerchiefs are an added charming touch.

Also featuring barnyard animals is Stephanie Stouffer’s hooked wool pillow with a bright red barn and grass so green it looks like if you touched it you would feel real grass. This time, a sheep is accompanied by a black and white bunny and cat; the colors are perfect complements to the vibrant colors of the pillow and a farmhouse bench in your home.

Don’t forget, these hand hooked wool pillows are not just beautifully designed, they are also comfortable when you need a place to rest your head as you take a nap or lay your arm as you read a book. The cotton velvet back with zipper closure offers convenient access to the inside as well as comfort on each side of these hooked wool home accents.
