Tasteful Tuesday: Cran-Apple Sangria

This crisp sangria recipe will make the holiday season a little more festive and spirited, although you will likely want to serve it throughout the year, too.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 large apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberries
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 cup seltzer water
  • Sliced apples and/or cranberries for garnish, if desired

Directions:

  1. Toss the diced apple in the lemon juice until the pieces are well coated. Add apples and cranberries to a medium pitcher, followed by the cider, juice, wine and seltzer water. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover pitcher and refrigerate for about two hours. Pour into serving glasses, garnish if desired, and enjoy.
