New Pottery Serveware – Handcrafted in the USA

Here at Sturbridge Yankee Workshop, we have recently added a new assortment of bowls, kitchen tools and serveware to our website exclusive kitchen category. The new items are all handcrafted through a process of clay molding, glazing, hand decorating and kiln firing; all made in the USA. Furthermore, they are all conveniently dishwasher safe.

Natural Clay Kitchen Accents

Pictured here to the left is our new Honey Pot. Honey pots like this one are ideal when serving tea or breakfast for guests. Complete with a top lid and complementing wooden dipper, the warm ash toned, natural clay piece features the word “honey” in deep blue cursive, with decorative motif below. Its handmade appearance presents an old world feel to your home décor. Similar in shape and design, a handy Garlic Keeper keeps garlic cloves at their freshest and a Pottery Rolling Pin is perfect for your baking needs.

Glazed in Three Bold Hues

Shown here to the left is our new Chip & Dip Serving Platter. Fashioning European flare for your traditional or modern styled kitchen, this platter offers easy entertaining. It also makes an everyday appetizer before dinner, dressed up in no time. A large round tray provides space for chips or crackers, and a separate small dish gives room for dip contents. It’s not just for chips and dips however, consider serving up fruit and cheese, or fondue style dishes. The two piece styling allows for many uses and easy clean up. For example, you could even use the bottom serving piece to bake a 12″ round pizza.

Customers can choose from Dijon (shown), Blackberry or Paprika. The Chip & Dip Serving Platter is highlighted by a beautiful glaze, and a molded, ribbed edge for an additional handmade touch. If you  prefer this style, you might also consider our new Utensil Holder or Serving Bowl to round out your collection.
