Tuesday Recipe: Baked Potato Cheddar Soup

January is National Soup Month. Today’s featured Tuesday Recipe shares a delicious soup recipe that will warm you up this winter season. Courtesy of our Easy 5 Ingredients or Less Recipes Cookbook shown below, try this Baked Potato Cheddar Soup for dinner tonight.


What You’ll Need:

1 10- 3/4 oz. cans cream of potato soup

2 15-oz. cans sliced potatoes, drained

1 pint whipping cream

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

**This cookbook features recipes that are ALL made with 5 or less ingredients. This particular recipe is even complete in just 3 steps.

Directions:

1. Pour soups, potatoes, whipping cream and milk into an un-greased 2-quart casserole dish; mix well.

2. Cover and bake at 400°F for 45 minutes to one hour.

3. Ladle into serving bowls; sprinkle with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
