What You’ll Need:
4 tomatoes, sliced
9-inch pie crust
8-ounce package, shredded mozzarella cheese (or grate/shred your own, using our stainless steel Lexington Hand Grater)
2 T. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1. Arrange tomato slices in bottom of pie crust. (Consider a stoneware pie dish, if you don’t already have one, such as our Stoneware Deep Pie Dish, seen below).
3. Drizzle with oil.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
6. Serves 6, enjoy!
