Here’s a great recipe that’s perfect to grab and go anytime of day. With tomorrow marking the first day of summer, our featured recipe will be the perfect solution to a quick breakfast or snack. Offering a savory taste to a sometimes sweet-only category, today’s recipe is courtesy of our Five Ingredients or Less Cookbook: Cheesy Onion Muffins.
What You’ll Need:
3-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing (of your preference)
6-8 English Muffins, split

1. Mix cheese, onion and salad dressing together.
2. Spread over muffin halves.
3. Arrange on a broiler pan; broil until golden.
4. Slice in half to serve. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
