You Will Need:
2 6oz filet Mignon
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C cooking sherry
1 Tbs minced garlic
1/3 tsp ground pepper
Combine soy sauce, sherry, and garlic.
In a baking dish, pour over filets.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Marinade for 2-4 hrs in refrigerator.
Grill to desired doneness (preferred).
Heat 2 Tbs olive oil in small skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook fillets to desired doneness (about 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare.)
