Red Wine and Syrup Ice Cream Glaze
You Will Need:
1 lb frozen berries
1/2 C red wine
2 Tbs orange juice
1/2 C Maine syrup
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tbs cold water
Mix berries, wine, orange juice, and syrup in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Simmer 15 min or until berries are thawed and mixture is bubbly.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to syrup mixture.
Boil 2-3 min, then cool for 10 min.
Pour over ice cream.
