Snow Day Kid Friendly Lazy Lasagna

Haeger Large Rectangular Baking DishWhile the American North-East prepares for a February nor’easter, parents flock to the grocery store and kids perform a victory-dance over getting out of school early. But around dinner time on the day after the storm, or even dinner time in the middle of the storm, spirits flag as family members get tired of dealing with each other. Here’s a great little recipe the family can make together. Something nice and hot and filled with garlic and cheese is just the thing to warm the insides and lift the spirits.

Now, for the ultimate spirit-lifting experience, don’t forget the ambiance. Light a few candles, put on some good music, gather the family together and make an occasion of this easy recipe: Lazy Lasagna.
