Have you ever held a BYOB party and ended up with more alcohol than when you started? This may come as a shock to some people, but not everyone drinks beer. If there’s not a beer drinker coming to visit in the near future, this recipe is worth making use of the offerings before they go flat. Use the otherwise drinkable unopened bottles to make a sweet, yummy, fresh bread.
You will need:
3 C self-rising flour
1 12oz can warm beer
1/3 C sugar
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
